For thousands of years, locals in the Sayan Mountains of Siberia brewed tea with Chaga, a medicinal mushroom they picked in birch tree forests.
Chaga is a fiber-rich mushroom, commonly known as "King of Herbs" and "A Gift From God".
Chaga is an adaptogen, which means it helps your body's ability to handle stress. The Chaga raw pieces are all-natural, wild grown, hand picked, gluten-free, and safe for vegetarian and vegan diets.
To brew chaga in a 16-ounce pot: Pour hot water over 4-5 teaspoons of Chaga product. Let steep 30-40 minutes.
Drink warm or hot Chaga tea 1-2 times a day. Feel free to add some sweetener such as honey or sugar to suit your individual preference although we advise you to drink it pure, and minimize all sugar intake to maintain good heath. Refrigerate unused tea for 24-36 hours.
